The challenge in cancer is prevention of these side effects to reduce the toxicities short, medium and long term.

With the increase in complete remission rate, including some chronic toxicities appear more frequent. Moreover, risks are increased by multi-drug plans. A good knowledge of the complications that can occur with chemotherapy is therefore essential to avoid serious incidents that may represent a vital threat to the patient.
